Consumers in modern society  are more suspicious of the quality of the food they consume. In order to ensure the above, research institutes and laboratories have developed procedures and protocols which reveal all the details of the production process. When these procedures are applied, they enable the manufacturer to be certified by international independent bodies, while,  through constant checks and controls, he maintains his certification status.

We, having as our priority the production of high quality fish, have been certified according to EN ISO 22000: 2005 for our entire production, from the fish introduction to cages to the delivery of our products to consumption. At the same time, all our partners (fish feeds, fish containers, etc.) also have certifications for the products that supply us with. Along with the quality of the product, we make sure to keep the breeding environment in the best possible condition. We continuously monitor the quality of sea water and, in collaboration with HCMR (Hellenic Centre for Marine Research) , we perform annual analyses at the bottom of each fattening unit, in order to monitor the impact of the production process on the marine environment.
