Meagre

Products

Meagre (Argyrosomus regius) is a very interesting species for cultivation. Meagre is multiplied by the number of species already farmed. It reaches a large size over 2 years (1.5-2 Kg) giving the opportunity to produce value-added products (e.g. fillets). Also its relatively low fat content allows the targeting of different markets from these of sea bream and sea bass, which today appear to be saturated.  (source Wikipedia)

Greater Amberjack

Products

The greater amberjack (Seriola dumerilli) is a fish found in many seas. He is a prolific hunter and regulator of the ecosystem of the seas in which he is moving, provided that human intervention has left this possibility and has not eliminated it either because of its over-fishing or seawater contamination. The body of the greater amberjack is spindle-shaped and we could call it a torpedo. It has relatively flat sides. His head has an intense curvature.
